More things to make with security envelopes!

I don't like to waste anything in this house and security envelopes are usually saved to make gift tags. However I came up with an idea for a Christmas card using them too.

Lots of little trees!

Obviously I couldn't stop there and had to make some more cards!

My favourites are the black and white butterflies and the Christmas trees one. They all look better in real life as I just can't seem to get decent pictures of them!

I'm not sure if I should add them to my shops or just keep them for fairs - I have 5 booked before Christmas. What do you think? And what about the price - they are fairly simple so I don't want to charge too much - I was thinking £1.50. I'd love your views on the cards and the prices please.

I like them - Simple but Effective, and £1.50 is a good price for ANY handmade card, even a fairly simple one. :)

Cunning bit of reuse/recycling there, too - well done!

They are super cute! If you can't get good pictures, I would say just take them to the fair. I don't know how much your materials cost, but 1.50 seems like more than a fair price.

I never think of anything that groovy before I throw them in the recycling!

Love the idea! Very cute!! I'm lousy at choosing the 'right' price, too, so I don't really know... It's good to be paid for the materials and your working hours, eh?...

I love them and I think you should stock some in your shops. Customers will love the clever recycling idea as they do with your gift tags. £1.50 is a good price too. Good luck!

I really like them. What a great idea! I may have to start squirreling away security envelopes. ;) I especially like the trees--the blue and white makes them look snow covered. I'd take them to the fair. It's not like you're losing anything by doing it, and you might find they're a hit at such a great price. (Especially with card-writing holidays coming up.)

Great idea, and I don't see anything wrong with your photos. 1.50 is very reasonable for a handmade card.
