Books meme

It is well known that I love books and reading in general so when I saw this meme over at Ethel's then I knew I had to have a go. I'm not going to tag anyone but feel free to do it and let me know how many you have read. The BBC reckons that people will have only read 6 of the books here so how will you measure up.

So I have read 42 of the books on this list but we actually have 87 of the books mentioned - just need to get round to reading them!!

I've read 42 of the books on the list. some are different from the ones you have read and I've tried reading a few on the list, but keep falling asleep :p

Phahpfhhhd. I think I've only ever heard of about 7 of them. So that's me out of the running of being well read....... Ah, but I can do words that sound like noises!!!!

Only 14! better than 6 though! I too have many of them just waiting to be read....just can't find the time what with knitting, blogging, washing, ironing, working full time......
