I used a punch to round the corners of my business cards before a market last year. I don't think my wrists have been the same since, so I was very glad when someone passing my stall went, "Ooh, I love how your business cards have rounded corners!" Not sure anyone else noticed...
Sorry, I'd love to help, but I just recently ran out of my own cards and need to do some card-making myself. (I'm sure Matt could be moved from his badge-making duties in the sweatshop for a few hours, right? ;))
do you do anything fun with the leftover swirls? :)
I'll swap you - punching out swirls for our bathroom decorating prep -- all the wallpaper seems PVA glued on (or they used PVA glue to "seal" the plaster and it's stuck to the paper as well). Either way, gah! I've been scrapping, filling and sanding for days!

I'd be employing little ones to do it! Mine used to love stapling handouts for work ... and laminating!
