My Rainbow girl

It's Rainbow Day at nursery today which means that Tara had to go in dressed up in as many colours as she possibly could - not a problem in this house as we like our colour. We were also told to be as eclectic as possible - again not really a problem in this house! :D

Here she is channelling eclectic elderly lady in her favourite skirt.

Socks and tights to maximise the colours!

She borrowed her sisters bangles, necklaces and belt!

Well they did ask for eclectic! It also maximises the potential for colours not normally seen in children's clothes - mustard, grey, silver, mint green. All pinched from my ribbon stash.

Lots of different hair clips too - the big yo yo one was a present from Alex. Sorry for the bad photo!

And here she is :) It's all to raise money for the school - we are supposed to sponsor by colour but we were wise to that and gave a set amount instead!

She looks wonderful! I think we should all take one day a week to do the same thing, dress up in as many colours as we have in our wardrobe, what a hoot!
