This is what I wore yesterday.
I tried to get Anya to take a photograph of me but they just didn't turn out hence the dodgy self portrait in the mirror :) The outfit is 100% thrifted too! The skirt I got at the RSPCA shop in Todmorden earlier in May, the top and cardigan came from the huge jumble sale in my parents town (although from different years) and I can't remember where I got the shoes although I know they are thrifted.
Better shot of the skirt and shoes - they are my Dorothy shoes :)
And I wore this necklace which was a secret Santa present to me from someone on the Crafts Forum. I thought the chicken went very well with the outfit!
And I was told I looked nice by two different people - one a mother of a child who goes to school with Anya and the other was from Tara's friend Charlotte who told me I looked very pretty :D It made my day!
Today Tara has the lurgy that Anya had and so do I. I can't get Anya to school as I need to be near a loo at all times so we are having a lazy pajama day instead.

Love the red shoes! I do have a thing for red shoes - they just make your outfit, dont they? :)
Fab outfit Lynsey - hope you are over your 'lurgy' soon :)
Always nice to be wearing something that makes you feel great--especially if other people think you look great too! Hope you're feeling better soon.
